As much as I dislike shopping, except in a book or video store, I have found that I enjoy it when my own kids drag me out from time to time. The last time, my eldest, drug me out and I came home with my first pedicure! I never liked anyone messing with my feet! But oohhh the joy of the foot bath and massage!!!! I might get brave enough to go in for a full body wrap!!!!!!! Well...maybe I better think on that one a little longer!

Be Careful What You Write...
Yes, this is something I recently found out. One of my grand children took to
heart the gift he/she received in one of the stories. In retrospect, I really should
have listened to my best friend who asked what I was going to do when the
grand kids suddenly wanted what was in their personal story?
I shrugged it off with an " I''ll deal with it if it happens, or let the kids parents
worry about it."
Well, it happened, and I was tagged the seeker of this auspicious gift! I have
searched, wandered endlessly, checked about a billion sites, and was fearful
that I would have to break the heart of a grand child.
Until... for some unknown reason, I kept a circular that I normally would have
just tossed out! Leafing through the pages, I spied the hearts desire of my
grandchild!
And yes, it was worth it!
Every agonizing minute of the search, days and weeks, store after store!
And today, with this precious gift in hand, knowing now to be careful what I
write...
I will more than likely do it again!
Dreams are meant to come true!
And to fulfill those dreams of a small child, any child, is a blessing all it's own!
The wheels in my head are already spinning for the next tales of hope, magic
and dreams, and wishes to be fulfilled!

Do you believe in Miracles and Magic? If the answer is no, step back in
time to when you were a small child. Remember the warmth of the
Holidays with the Love of your family and friends surrounding you.
What was the best gift you ever received? Who was the giver of that
gift? Did you ever really discover who some of your gifts came from?
Santa? Mom, Dad, Aunt Sue, cousin Ned? Did you love them even more
than you did before the gift? No, but you were pleased and pleasantly
surprised! It was Miracles and Magic! There is always Miracles and
Magic in giving of yourself to someone else. They took their time, their
talents and yes maybe even some hard earned money just to see that
look of Wonderment in your eyes. The Miracle is day to day living,
loving one another and sharing yourself with others, and letting them
share themselves with you. The Magic is when you bring that warm
glow to someone else and the chain of Miracles and Magic grows
larger and stronger. So, Do you believe in Miracles and Magic? I truely
do!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to You and Yours.
